胃癌组织中S100A9蛋白的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的观察胃癌组织中骨髓相关蛋白-14(S100A9)的表达变化,探讨其与胃癌患者临床病理特征的关系。方法选择手术切除的胃癌组织标本82份为胃癌组,选择癌旁正常组织标本82份为对照组。采用免疫组织化学SP法,检测两组S100A9蛋白的表达,分析S100A9蛋白阳性与胃癌患者性别、年龄、肿瘤浸润深度、分化程度、淋巴结转移、病理分期、肿瘤直径等临床病理特征的关系。结果胃癌组S100A9蛋白表达阳性率为59.8%(49/82),对照组为6.1%(5/82),胃癌组S100A9的表达阳性率高于对照组(P<0.05)。胃癌患者T3+T4期者S100A9蛋白的表达高于T1+T2期者,低分化者S100A9蛋白的表达高于高、中分化者,存在淋巴结转移者S100A9蛋白的表达高于无淋巴结转移者,病理分期Ⅲ+Ⅳ期者S100A9蛋白的表达高于Ⅰ+Ⅱ期者(P均<0.05)。结论胃癌组织中S100A9蛋白的表达明显上调,且与淋巴结转移、肿瘤浸润深度、临床分期、分化有关。Objective To observe the expression changes of S 100 A9 protein （ myeloid-related protein-14 ） in human gastric cancer tissues, and to explore the relationship between S100A9 and clinicopathological features of gastric cancer . Methods Eighty-two cases of gastric cancer tissue samples （ gastric cancer group ） and 82 cases of paired adjacent tissues （control group） were chosen.The expression of S100A9 protein in the two groups was detected by immunohistochemistrial SP method, and we analyzed its relationship with patients＆#39;gender, age, depth of tumor invasion, degree of cell differentiation, lymph node metastasis , tumor stage and tumor size .Results The positive expression rate of S 100 A9 protein in the gastric cancer group was 59.8% （49/82）, while 6.1% （5/82） in the control group.The positive expression rate of S100A9 in the gastric cancer group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P＆lt;0.05）.The expression of S100A9 in stage T3 and T4, in poorly differentiated , in pathological staging Ⅲ＋Ⅳ and with lymph node metastasis was higher than that of patients in stage T 1 and T2, in highly and moderately differentiated , in pathological staging Ⅰ ＋Ⅱand without lymph node metastasis （all P〈0.05）.Conclusion The expression of S100A9 protein is significantly up-regula-ted in gastric cancer tissues , and is associated with lymph node metastasis , depth of tumor invasion , clinical stage and de-gree of differentiation .
