摘  要:以Dynaform作为板料成形仿真实验平台,介绍了Dynaform自带的SCP回弹补偿模块和ThinkDesign的Compensator模块在板料回弹补偿方面的应用,并比较了两者的优缺点,提出了一种新的基于特征线的回弹补偿方法,即以原始曲面特征以及回弹仿真结果为依据分别在原始曲面和回弹网格上提取出相对应的特征线,并以这两组特征线建立的匹配关系对原始曲面进行变形补偿,从而获得新的模具型面。最后通过实例验证了该方法的可行性,实验结果表明:通过一次回弹补偿即可将回弹后板料与期望形状之间的误差控制在允许范围之内,并保证了曲面质量。With Dynaform as the platform of sheet forming simulation,the application of spring-back compensator both in the SCP module built-in Dynaform and ThinkDesign's compensator module was introduced. The advantages and disadvantages of both these two methods were compared,and a new method of spring-back compensator was presented based on characteristic lines. Some corresponding characteristic lines were extracted separately from the original surface and spring-back mesh based on the feature of original surface and the result of spring-back simulation. Then the original surface was compensated for deformation based on the matching relationship built between these two groups of characteristic lines. Finally,through examples verify the feasibility of this method,and the experimental results show that by spring-back compensation only once by the back plate,the error of spring-back between the material and the desired shape can be controlled within the allowable range,and a good surface quality is maintained.
