摘  要:探讨了气相色谱/质谱(GC/MS)联用测定纺织品中4种含氯酚及邻苯基苯酚残留量的方法.样品经甲醇超声提取、浓缩后,用0.1mol/L的硼砂溶液溶解,再经乙酸酐乙酰化后用正己烷提取,GC/MS测定,外标法定量.在0.05~2.5mg/L,方法的线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9990~0.9995,加标回收率为89%~105%,相对标准偏差为1.46%~5.32%.该方法简便、快速、灵敏度高,完全可满足进出口纺织品中4种含氯酚及邻苯基苯酚残留量检测的要求.Method for simultaneous determination of content of 4 chlorophenols and o-phenylphenol in textiles by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) was established. The sample was extracted with methanol in ultrasonic bath. The extract was concentrated and dissolved in 0.1 mol/L borax solution, then de- rivatized by acetic anhydride and extracted by hexane. The targets of compounds were analyzed by GC/MS with external standard method. The result indicated that the calibration curves showed good linear relation- ships between the peak area and concentration in the range of 0.05-2.5 mg/L. The correlation coefficients were in the range of 0.999 0N0.999 5, The average recoveries ranged 89%N105% with relative standard devia- tions of 1.46% N5.32%. The method was simple, rapid and sensitive, and was suitable for the determination of 4 chlorophenols and o-phenylphenol in the import and export of textiles.
