摘　　要：结外NK/T细胞淋巴瘤（extranodal NK/Tcell lymphoma,ENKTL）属于非霍奇金淋巴瘤的一种特殊类型,其发病有明显的区域分布特点,在欧美国家发病率较低,而在我国及亚洲国家发病率较高,占非霍奇金淋巴瘤的2%-10%,以面部中线部位的破坏为特征,并与EBV密切相关,好发于中青年男性,具有病程进展快、对放化疗不敏感、易复发和预后差等特点。A 20-year-old male patients with nasal congestion and fever as the first symptoms was enrolled.After repeated chemotherapy and radiotherapy,the disease achieved complete response.Fever and abdominal pain appeared two years later.The colonoscopy showed that colonic ulcers were multiple,and common huge ulcers upped to 10 cm long,covering half of the intestinal wall.Pathology results were ALK（-）CMV（-）,small pieces of CD3,TIA and CD56-positive cells could be seen at parts of the region.CD30 was weakly positive,CD20（-）,CD79α（-）and Ki-67 suggested that cell proliferation was relatively active.EBER was（＋）.Pathological diagnosis was NK/T-cell lymphoma.
