摘　　要：网络犯罪中大量存在准共同犯罪,从片面帮助犯的角度来论证其存在的合理性与合法性。对网络共同犯罪中的片面帮助行为进行分类,从片面帮助犯的介入阶段与片面帮助犯的作为与不作为方式来认定网络共同犯罪中有片面帮助犯存在的理论可行性与现实必要性。There are many mutual crimes in the cyber crime and the rationality and legitimacy could be testified from the perspective of unilateral accessory. The practice of unilateral accessory in the cyberspace mutual crime could be classified into several ways. The theoretical feasibility and realistic necessity of unilateral accessory in the cyberspace mutual crime could be identified from the intervening stage of unilateral accessory and action and negative action of unilateral accessory.
