摘　　要：合成生物技术不仅具有广阔的科学价值和应用前景,也带来一些不寻常的潜在风险。合成生物作为一种人工合成的新颖生命形式,环境释放后可能会以不可预知的和有害的方式进化,从而加剧其不确定性的风险。合成生物环境释放的风险主要集中在生态风险、人类健康风险和社会伦理风险。厘清合成生物环境释放的风险旨在呼吁审慎戒备的态度以及建构合理的管控对策。Synthetic biology not only has a broad scientific value and application prospect,but also brings some unusual potential risks.Synthetic organisms,a kind of novel synthetic forms of life,may evolve in an unpredictable and harmful way after the environmental release,which in turn intensifies the risk of uncertainty.To clarify the risk of environmental release of synthetic organisms is of great significance to promote the sound development of emerging technologies,as well as to make the scientific decisions by the policymakers.
