CA125和HE4蛋白在卵巢癌组织及血清中的表达及其临床意义探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨糖类抗原125(CA125)和人附睾蛋白4(HE4)在卵巢癌组织及其血清中的表达及临床诊断价值。方法选取该院2011年1月至2012年7月收治的48例卵巢良性病变患者(A组),45例卵巢癌患者(B组),另选取同期50例健康体检者为对照组(C组),取患者清晨空腹肘静脉血液,采用电化学发光法检测血清CA125水平,采取ELISA法检测血清HE4水平,比较3组CA125和HE4水平差异并进行统计学分析。结果 B组CA125和HE4水平均显著高于A组和C组(P<0.05);A组CA125和HE4水平高于C组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);CA125和HE4联合诊断敏感性和特异性分别为95.56%和97.78%,均显著高于CA125和HE4单独诊断(P<0.05)。结论采用CA125和HE4联合诊断有助于卵巢癌的早期诊断和病情监测,具有较好的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the carbohydrate antigen 125（CA125）and human epididymis protein 4（HE4）in ovarian cancer tissue and serum expression and its clinical diagnosis value.Methods 48 cases of benign ovarian lesions in our hospital from January 2011 to July 2012 were collected as group A,45 cases of ovarian cancer patients were collected as group B,and the other 50 cases over the same period were selected as the healthy control group（group C）,the elbow vein blood on the empty stomach were taken,and detected by electrochemical luminescence for serum CA125 level,and the serum HE4 were analyzed by ELISA method.The CA125 and HE4in three groups were compared by statistical methods.Results The CA125 and HE4in group B were significantly higher than that of the group A and group C（P〈0.05）;A group of CA125 and HE4levels were higher than group C,and the difference has no statistically significant（P〉0.05）;sensitivity and specificity of CA125 and HE4diagnostic were 95.56%and97.78%,which were significantly higher than that of CA125 and HE4alone diagnostics（P〈0.05）.Conclusion CA125 and HE4in diagnosis of ovarian cancer can significantly improve the sensitivity and specificity of diagnostic and help the early diagnosis of ovarian cancer and disease surveillance,which has good clinical value.
