摘 要:针对复杂产品开发过程强耦合性、多资源约束等特点,提出资源受限的复杂产品开发过程规划平台。该平台研究了资源受限的产品开发耦合活动集割裂规划、基于资源推拉技术的产品开发项目调度、资源受限的产品开发过程优化以及基于知识融合的产品开发过程改进等关键技术。根据平台功能模块提出相应的模块函数体系结构,然后采用高级语言及数据库技术实现该平台的开发,并根据过程规划的需要通过事件推理引擎启动相应的功能服务。通过船体设计实例验证了平台的有效性,且有利于产品开发过程的优化。Development process planning platform for complex product with resource constraints is presented according to the characteristics of complex product development, such as strong coupling and resource con-straint. Some key technologies are integrated into the planning platform, such as tearing method of coupled activity set in product development process with resource constraints, project scheduling algorithm of product development based on resource push-pull technology, product development process optimization with re-source constraints and product development process improvement based on knowledge fusion. Some system architectures of module function are constructed according to function module of the platform. The software development of platform adopts advanced language and database technology, and every module service is started by a logical inference engine according to the requirements of product process planning. The feasibili-ty of the planning platform is demonstrated by an application example showing ship hull design, and the a-nalysis results show that the platform is beneficial to optimizing product development process.
