酪蛋白磷酸多肽钙磷复合体在口腔治疗中的研究进展

摘　　要：口腔的防龋保健作用及意义逐渐受到人们的关注。氟化物长期应用于抗龋的治疗,由于用量无法控制较易出现不良并发症。而酪蛋白磷酸多肽钙磷复合体作为一种新型的口腔抗龋用品,具有较好的再矿化作用,安全、有效、操作方便。该文就酪蛋白磷酸多肽钙磷复合体的结构特点、再矿化和对致龋菌的作用以及最新的临床研究等进行综述。The function and significance of oral caries preventive health care has gradually drawn attention.Fluoride has been applied for anticaries treatment for long,where adverse complications may often occur since the dosage can＇t be easily controlled.The complex of casein phosphopeptide and amorphous calcium phosphate as a new oral anticaries product,has better remineralization,and is safe,effective,and convenient for operation.Here is to make a review of structural features,remineralization,function on cariogenic bacteria of complex of casein phosphopeptide and amorphous calcium phosphate and the latest clinical research.
