地震后灾区儿童心理应激障碍表现及疏导措施探讨

摘　　要：目的探究针对地震后灾区儿童心理应激障碍表现进行心理疏导的临床疗效。方法选择2011年3月至2012年10月被四川省南充精神卫生中心确诊为心理应激障碍的患儿200例,采用随机数字表法分为两组各100例,实验组针对患儿及家属采用心理疏导方法;对照组则单纯地引导家属帮助患儿进行心理疏导,比较两组患儿的恢复情况。结果实验组的恢复效果优良率为98%;对照组的恢复效果优良率为55%,实验组的恢复效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理疏导对灾后重建有重要的价值,不单纯是对儿童进行心理干预,更重要的是对其监护人进行心理疏导,建立彼此间的信任度,更好地帮助患儿重视生活、学习的信心。Objective To explore the efficacy of psychological counseling of children after earthquake with psychological stress disorder.Methods A total of 200 cases diagnosed mental stress disorder in Nanchong Mental Heahh Center during Mar.2011 and Oct.2012 were included,and were randomly divided into the trial group of 100 cases and the control group of 100 cases,the patients and the families of the trial group were given psychological counseling;the control group received only guidance to the families who were then supposed to give their children psychological counseling.Results The good and excellent recovery effect of the trial group was 98% ; of the control group was 55%,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Psychological counseling has great value for post disaster reconstruction,not only psychological intervention to children,but also for the guardian,to build mutual trust and better help the children to regain confidence in life and learning.
