摘　　要：高等学校体育伤害事故责任有其独有的特征以及归责原则,针对不同原因深入剖析高等学校体育伤害事故责任人的过错程度,并提出具体的防范和解决问题的手段与措施,有利于增强学生自我保护意识,提高学校的管理水平和应对突发事件的能力,从而保证高等学校体育事业的健康和谐发展。Higher school sports injury accident responsibility has its unique features as well as the principles of im- putation, deep analysis according to different reasons of higher degree of fault of the person in charge of the school sports injury accident and put forward concrete prevention and the means and measures to solve the problem, is beneficial to strengthen college students＇ sense of self - protection, improve the management level of the school, and the ability to deal with emergencies, so as to ensure the healthy and harmonious development of colleges and u- niversities sports undertakings.
