地方本科院校新办专业的建设与发展——以江苏省为例

摘　　要：近来年,随着我国高等教育大众化进程的不断推进,高校办学规模持续扩大,尤其是地方本科院校申报增设了许多新专业。专业数量的盲目增加导致学科专业设置领域的问题相继凸显。分析新办专业的背景及动因,可以发现地方本科院校在新办专业建设发展过程中存在的主要问题和薄弱环节,在此基础上提出地方本科院校新办专业的建设与发展对策。With the popularization of higher education in China,school scale continues to be expanded,many new specialties are set up in colleges run by the local governments. However,with the increase in the specialties in colleges,there emerged some problems in the specialties construction. The background and motivation setting up new specialties and problems in the construction of new specialties are analyzed in this paper. Based on this,countermeasures are proposed for the development of new specialties in colleges and universities run by the local governments.
