摘　　要：目的　探讨鼻咽癌组织中p73蛋白的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法　应用免疫组化S -P法 ,检测p73蛋白在 83例鼻咽癌组织和 2 0例鼻咽黏膜慢性炎症组织中的表达以及 p5 3蛋白在鼻咽癌组织中的表达情况。 结果　 83例鼻咽癌组织中 p73蛋白表达阳性率 ( 5 0 .6 %)较 2 0例鼻咽黏膜慢性炎症组织 ( 15 .0 %)明显增高 (P <0 .0 5 )。Ⅰ、Ⅱ期鼻咽癌组织p73蛋白表达阳性率 ( 2 7.8%)低于Ⅲ、Ⅳ期 ( 5 6 .9%)P <0 .0 5。p73蛋白表达阳性率与患者性别、颈部淋巴结转移、局部区域复发、远处转移、放疗后 5年生存率无关。p5 3蛋白阳性率为 5 1.8%,其表达与p73蛋白表达无相关性 (P >0 .0 5 )。 结论　p73蛋白在鼻咽癌组织中的表达水平明显上调 ,其表达在肿瘤的发生发展中起重要作用。Objective To study the expression of p73 protein and its correlation to clinicopathological characteristics in nasopharyngeul carcinorna(NPC).Methods The immunohistchemical technique was used to detected the expression of p73 protein in 83 cases of NPC and 20 cases of chronic nasopharyngitics(CN) as well as the expression of p53 in NPC.Results The positive expression rates of p73 protein was significantly higher in NPC(50.6%) than in CN tissue(15%)(P<0.05),significantly lower in stage Ⅰ?Ⅱ NPC(27.8%) than in stage Ⅲ?Ⅳ(56.9%)(P<0.05).There was no significant correlation between p73 protein expression and the different clinicopathological characteristics(sex?neck lymph node metastasis?recurrence?distant metastasis and survival rate)(P>0.05).The positive expression rate of p53 protein was 51.8% and not correlated to p73 protein in NPC(P>0.05).Conclusion p73 protein expression is upregulated in NPC and may play important roles in the tumorigenesis and progress of NPC.
