摘　　要：高校工会是党联系教职工的桥梁和纽带,是广大教职工利益的代表者和维护者。为适应新时期高校党建工作的新形势,渤海船舶职业学院党委始终坚持"党建带工建、党工共建",不断创新工作思路,探索出机制上启动、思想上带动、工作上促动、活动上联动的党建带工建的发展路径,最大限度地发挥了工会组织的作用。Labor Union in the colleges and universities is the bridge and bond linking the Party with teachers, the representatives and vindicator of the interests of the vast teachers. In order to adapt to new circumstances of Party building in universities and colleges, Dohai Shipbuilding Vocational College always sticks to ＂ Party Building Leading Union Building, Party and Union co-building＂ , innovates the work thinking, explores the working ap- proach of＂ starting mechanism, driving thinking, promoting working, linking activities＂ , makes flail use of Labor Union.
