摘　　要：由于受市场和政策等因素的影响,各种材料的价格在交通建设项目建设期常常变化很大,其变化幅度是业主和投标人在招投标过程中难以预测的,引起的费用超出了承包商实际承受能力,因此对主要材料价差引起的费用进行适当的调整很有必要。在对材料调差的管理要素和传统方法进行分析的基础上,再结合行业和项目管理的实际情况,给出了依据批复的工程量清单预算来确定全线各支付子目对应材料调差品种的定额消耗平均值,作为各期材料调差数量的计算依据,乘以计量工程量计算调差数量,再根据各种材料的风险幅度确定调差金额的改进方法。Due to the impact of market and policy and other factors, prices of various materials in the con- struction of transportation construction projects often vary widely. It is difficult to predict the magnitude of the change in the bidding process by the owners and bidders, and the costs caused by the price differenc- es exceeds the actual affordability of the contractor, so it is necessary to make appropriate adjustment on the charge caused by the price difference of the main material. The article analyzes the management ele- ments and traditional methods of the materials price adjustment. And combined with the actual situation of the industry and project management, it gives an improved method which based on the approval of BOQ budget to determine the mean value of quota consumption of the main material difference adjustment spe- cies of payment of across the board various subdirectories, as the basis for the accounting each period of materials price adjustment data. It calculates adjustment quantities by multiplying measurement of quanti- ties. Then based on a variety of materials magnitude of the risk, it determines the adjustment cost.
