摘 要:目的探讨基于健康教育与管理质量提升的社区死亡教育模式的成效。方法对100例社区肿瘤患者及其家属开展死亡教育,作为健康管理质量提升的手段与方法,并于教育前后采用自行设计的健康观、生死观及价值观认知现状问卷和肿瘤患者生存质量量表(QLQ2C30量表)对患者及及其家属进行调查,观察死亡教育对肿瘤患者及其家属健康观、生死观及生存质量的影响。结果教育后患者及其家属健康观、死亡观及价值观得到显著改善(均P<0.01);教育后患者及其家属的健康观、躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能、情绪功能、社会功能及总体生存质量显著提高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论基于健康管理质量提升的社区死亡教育不但有助于改善肿瘤患者及其家庭成员对死亡的不良认知及行为,促进患者及其家属的心理健康,提高其生存质量,同时亦明显提高了健康管理的依从性及其效果。OBJECTIVE To investigate the result of community death education based on health management quality promotion.on can- cer patients' perspective of death and quality of life. METHODS Death education was delivered to 100 cancer patients and their families in the community. As a means and method of improving the quality of health management, their perspective of health, death and quality of life were investigated before and after the education. RESULTS After the death education, cancer patients and fami- lies' perspective of health, death and personal values turned more positive, and the scores of physical function, role function, cognitive function, emotional function, social function and total score of QLQ2C30 increased significantly(P〈0.05, P〈0.01). CONCLUSION Death education could correct cancer patients and families' misconception about death, boost mental health and improve their quality of life. It would also significantly improve health management compliance and its effects.
