摘 要:为研究起重机车轮动态运行时与轨道的接触状况,借用LS-DYNA软件进行轮轨间的接触-碰撞非线性有限元分析。按照我国现行规范要求,建立轮轨有限元分析模型,得到接触区应力分布的等值线图和应力变化时程曲线。结果表明接触区存在渗透,车轮通过轨缝时最大复合应力约为静态接触应力的2.3倍,轮轨间未发生瞬时脱离。In order to study the contact condition of wheels with rail, this paper aims to carry- out a non-linear finite element analysis of the contact-collision of the wheel and rail based on LS-DYNA. According to specifications and requirements, it established finite element model of the wheel and rail, getting the contour map and time-history curve of the variation of the distribution of stress in contact area. The results showed that there existed penetration in contact area, the maximum combined stress of wheels running through rail gap was approximately 2.3 times that of static contact, and there appeared no instantaneous detachment between wheel and rail.
