摘  要:确定面向港口用地功能调整包括港区内、外两部分评价指标体系,采用灰色关联度确定指标的权重,建立基于加权主成分分析法的港口用地调整交通影响评价模型。在天津港的应用表明,该评价方法能把影响范围内的各项指标综合起来,最大限度地减少评价中的主观成分,为类似港口和物流园区规划建设提供了决策支持,验证了该方法的有效性。The evaluation index for planning the adjustment of the port land function,which includes inside and outside port areas,were determined.The method of grey correlative degrees was adopted to determine the weights of index.The evaluation model of the traffic impact for the port land adjustment was established based on weighted principal component analysis(WPCA).The results of the example in Tianjin Port show that the indices of the impact area can be used comprehensively,the subjective composition can be reduced in a maximum extent during the evaluation process,and the decision basis can be provided for the planning and construction of many projects by using the evaluation method,i.e.,the port and the logistics park.The validity of the evaluation method was proved.
