摘 要:介绍了两种管式光纤光栅温度传感器的金属型封装方案,对其温度传感特性进行了实验研究与分析。使用外径5 mm、内径4 mm、长度50 mm的管式结构不锈钢材料对光纤光栅进行探头式保护型封装以及温度增敏型封装,所得探头式保护型封装传感器的温度灵敏度系数为9.86 pm/℃,温度增敏型封装传感器的温度灵敏度系数为29.97 pm/℃,是裸光栅的3倍,表明使用热膨胀系数大的封装材料可获得灵敏度更高的传感器。实验结果表明,两种封装形式的传感器均得到很好的重复性,并没有迟滞现象,线性拟合度都达到0.999以上。Two tubular types of metallic packaging fiber Bragg grating (FBG) sensors were introduced,and the temperature sensing characteristics of the packaged FBG sensor were experimentally studied.Using tubular-shape stainless steel material with external diameter of 5 mm,inner diameter of 4 mm and length of 50 mm,the probe-type and temperature-sensitive sensors were packaged.The temperature sensitivity of the probe-type protective-packaged FBG sensor is 9.86 pm/℃,and the temperature sensitivity of the temperature-sensitive FBG sensor can reach up to 29.97 pm/℃,which is three times compared with that of bare FBG sensor.It means that packaging with higher thermal expansion coefficient material will give rise to higher temperature sensitivity of the packaged sensor.The experimental results are indicated that there is a very good linearity and preferable repeatability of both the two types of packaging FBG sensors,and their linear correlation coefficients are more than 0.999.
