摘  要:目的立全面评价功劳木的高效液相指纹图谱,为科学评价和有效控制质量提供可靠方法。方法采用高效液相色谱方法分析阔叶十大功劳和细叶十大功劳的生物碱成分和非生物碱成分指纹图谱。结果运用指纹图谱相似度软件和系统聚类分析,确定了17个色谱峰为共有峰,其中指认出6个峰,指纹图谱相似度都在0.8以上。并测定了功劳木3个有效成分(药根碱,巴马亭,小檗碱)的含量,其回收率分别为97.83%,100.03%,100.08%和线性条件良好(r>0.999 0)。结论本法简便,特征性强,化学信息比较全面,可用于不同产地功劳木药材的指纹图谱鉴定和质量评价。To establish a sensitive and specific HPLC method for quality control of Caulis Mahoniae.A validated reversed phase high performance liquid chromatographic method has been developed for chromatographic fingerprint analysis and for quantification of the three bioactive alkaloids: bererine,palmatine and jatrorrhizine.Chromatographic fingerprints were compared visually and analyzed using Similarity Evaluation System and Hierarchical Cluster Analysis.In the fingerprint analysis,17 chromatographic peaks were selected as characteristic peaks,of which 6peaks were identified.The similarity of chromatographic fingerprints from the samples was over0.8.In quantitative analysis,the recovery of the three bioactive alkaloids(jatrorrhizine,palmatine and bererine)was 97.83%,100.03% and 100.08%,respectively and good linearity(r〉 0.999 0)was observed for the three compounds over a relatively wide range of concentrations.These results showed that the established method for fingerprinting and quantitative analysis was suitable for the quality control of Caulis Mahoniae.
