摘　　要：理念创新是一切行动的先导。面临建设高等教育强国的战略目标,我国必须进行高等教育理念的创新。通过对中日两国近现代高等教育发展历程的考察发现,移植模仿、借鉴转化与自发内生是高等教育理念创新的三条基本路径。实践证明,自发内生是当前中国高等教育理念创新的必由之路。The concept of innovation is the forerunner of all actions. Faced with the strategic objectives of the construction of higher education power,the idea of higher education must be innovated. The Sino- Japanese modern development of higher education indicates that higher education innovation has three ways,imitation,transformation and spontaneous conversion of endogenous. The practice shows spontaneous endogenous innovation in our own way is a national higher inevitable choice for innovative educational philosophy.
