我国研究生教育学位制度国际可比性探讨——与博洛尼亚进程的比较

摘　　要：研究生教育及其学位制度的国际化程度是衡量国家高等教育发展水平的重要考评因子之一。在分析我国当前研究生国际化教育在修业年限、学位证书、资助渠道以及国际交流四方面不足的基础上,通过比较博洛尼亚进程中欧洲高等教育区在以上四方面的先进经验,得出下阶段我国研究生教育国际化工作应侧重"拓展学位授予类别,接轨国际修业年限;提升合作交流层次,完善留学资助制度;规范学位证书项目,接轨国际体系标准"的结论。Internationalization of postgraduate education and its academic degree system are one of the most important factors to evaluate the development of the national higher education.Based on an analysis of the inadequacies in length of schooling,degree granting,funding channels and international exchange of China's postgraduate education and a comparison with European Higher Education Area's advanced experience in the above four aspect,the present article points out that in order to internationalize China's postgraduate education,we should 'introduce new types of academic degree,follow the international norms in length of schooling','enhance international cooperation and exchange,improve funding system for overseas study',and'normalize the degree program by accepting the international degree system'.
