摘　　要：开发一个科学、全面的中国青年职业成熟度测量工具,并证实其对就业的影响是有现实意义的。研究通过包括中国香港和大陆在内的三个样本对Lee(2001)的职业成熟度量表进行修订和验证。结果表明,经过修订的职业成熟度量表在信度和效度上都达到了可以接受的水平,而且职业成熟度对青年成功寻找并持续工作起到正面的影响作用。这些发现为将来研究中国青年学生职业成熟度奠定了基础。This research aims to develop a scientific and inclusive instrument of career maturity and examine its effect on employment of young people.Using three samples from Hong Kong and China's Mainland to modify Lee's(2001)Korean scale of career maturity,this study found that the modified version had good reliability and validity.It also found that young people's career maturity had a positive impact on employment.The findings lay a foundation for future research on young people's career maturity.
