家电下乡产品感知质量的调查分析

摘  要:为全面了解顾客对家电下乡产品质量的感知水平,对山东、河南和重庆三地的家电下乡产品进行了入户访谈调查。分析了顾客对家电下乡各主要类别产品整体质量和各主要品牌的关键质量特性的感知水平。结果显示农村顾客对家电下乡产品的总体质量是比较满意的,价格有补贴与质量有保障是农村顾客购买下乡产品的主要因素。In order to see the customer's perceived quality based on the policy of Sending Home Appliances to the Countryside,this paper investigates countryside customers by household survey, and analyzes the perceived quality levels of the main types of home appliances,as well as the perceived quality levels of the main different brands.It is found that the whole countryside customers'perceived quality is rather good,and the price subsidy and good quality are the two main factors to promote the countryside customer to buy the home appliances.
