套细胞淋巴瘤导致的肾损害

摘　　要：50岁男性,2011年6月始出现皮肤瘙痒、皮疹,半年后发现淋巴结肿大及尿检异常,2013年8月发现血清肌酐升高。淋巴结及骨髓组织活检结果为套细胞淋巴瘤,肾活检组织学见间质片状分布的浸润细胞,以B淋巴细胞为主,肾小球病变轻。最后诊断套细胞淋巴瘤导致的肾损害。A 50-year-old man had presented with skin eruption, pruritus, lymph node enlargement and abnormal urinanalysis for 2 years. Renal histological examination showed predominantly B-cell lymphocytic infiltrated into renal interstitium. Neck lymphnode biopsy and bone marrow biopsy showed mantle cell lymphoma. The final diagnosis was mantle cell lymphoma in the infiltration of renal interstitium.
