摘　　要：目的比较2种清洗泡液应用于机用镍钛锉预浸泡的效果。方法选择根管预备使用后的机用ProTaper镍钛锉216支,随机分为2组,实验组108支采用次氯酸钠联合多酶清洗液预浸泡,对照组108支采用多酶清洗液预浸泡,比较两组镍钛锉清洗后的洁净度及隐血试验阳性率。结果实验组镍钛锉清洗后洁净度合格率和隐血试验阳性率分别为94.44%和0%,对照组镍钛锉清洗后洁净度合格率和隐血试验阳性率分别为82.41%和5.56%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论次氯酸钠联合多酶清洗液是镍钛锉理想的预浸泡液。Objective To compare the eleaning eftect of different methods to presoak rotary ProTaper nickel titanium files. Methods A total of 216 rotary ProTaper nickel titanium files which were used after root canal preparation in stomatological hospital were divided into 2 groups randomly and the experimental group（ n = 108） used sodium hypochlorite with muhi-enzymes lotion for presoaking, while the control group（ n = 108） used multi-enzymes lotion for presoaking. The two groups of rotary ProTaper nickel titanium files＇ visible residues in screw grooves and the positive rate of occult blood test after cleaning were observed. Results The eleanliness and the rate of positive oecuh blood lest of the files after cleaning in the experimental group were 94.44% and 0% , while in the control group were 82.41% and 5.56% , the differences were significant, Conclusion The sodium hypoehlorite with multi-enzymes lotion is an ideal method to presoak rotary PruTaper nickel titanium files.
