摘 要:目的研究计算机辅助技术应用于制作单侧上颌骨缺损阻塞器的效果。方法对10例单侧上颌骨缺损患者头部螺旋CT扫描,通过Simplant-CMF软件三维重建上颌骨缺损,计算机辅助设计缺损阻塞器阴模,转换成STL格式文件,加工阻塞器阴模树脂模型,并基于此模型制作硅橡胶阻塞器。临床试戴阻塞器,检查其固位、密合度及口鼻腔封闭性。结果在Simplant-CMF软件下螺旋CT数据可三维重建上颌骨缺损,制作的硅橡胶阻塞器口鼻腔封闭性和固位良好。结论计算机辅助技术用于制作上颌骨缺损阻塞器,其精密度高、阻塞效果好。Objective To study the method and its effect of computer aided design technique in 3D recomstntction of unilateral maxillary defect, Methods Ten patients with unilateral maxillary defeet were involved in the study. Each patient was treated with CT scanning, and maxillary defects and corresponding 3D mudels were established by the Simplant- CMF software. And the data were transfen'ed into STI. file, and resin models of defects were manufactured. Correspondingly, silicone rubber obturators were inade by perfusion and coating methods. Clinically, all silicone obturators were tried-in and the marginal fitness and retention were examined. Sealing ability between oral and nasal cavity wouht be checked by rinsing the mouth. Results Under the Simplant-CMF software, 3D models of unilateral maxillary detects were reconstructed. The marginal fitness and retention of silicone obturators were very good. Sealing ability check resuhs showed that slight water-spillage from nasal cavity was found in only one patient, and no water-spillage in the other nine ones. Conclusion The computeraided design technique can reconstruct 3 D unilateral maxillary defect and be considered an alternative method improve the precision and restorative effect of obturators.
