难治性消化性溃疡的个性特征研究

摘　　要：目的研究难治性消化性溃疡(refractory peptic ulcer,RPU)患者的个性特征及应对方式。方法 RPU 54例,按照有无可循病因分为病因组和特发组,另设20例普通消化性溃疡患者作为对照组,使用艾森克人格问卷简式量表中国版(Eysenck Personality Questi-onnaire Revised Short Scale for Chinese,EPQ-RSC)和医用应对问卷(Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire,MCMQ)评测。结果病因组和特发组较对照组精神质(P)、神经质(N)值升高(P<0.05),但病因组和特发组两组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而病因组的外内倾(E)值与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但明显大于特发组(P<0.05)。MCMQ 3个维度的应对方式分析中,病因组及对照组较特发组更倾向于采取"面对"的应对方式(P<0.05),并且病因组及特发组均较对照组有更高的"屈服"得分(P<0.05)。但3组拥有类似的"回避"得分。结论 RPU表现出"神经质"及"精神质"人格和"高屈服"的应对方式,其中,特发组具有"内向"的性格特征和"低面对"的应对方式,而病因组并无此特征。Objective To investigate the personality characteristics of patients with refractory peptic ulcer （RPU）.Methods Fifty-four RPU patients were divided into etiological group and idiopathetic group according to whether they had underlying causes.Twenty ordinary peptic ulcer patients were collected as control group.The three groups were evaluated by the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire-Revised Short Scale for Chinese （EPQ-RSC） and the Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire （MCMQ）.Results There were no significant differences of P and N values between etiological group and idiopathetic group （P ＞ 0.05）,but both of them were higher than those of control group （P ＜ 0.05）.There was no significant difference of E value between etiological group and control group （P ＞ 0.05）,but it were higher than that of idiopathetic group （P ＜ 0.05） ; according to the MCMQ,the confrontation index of idiopathetic group was lower than that of control group and etiological group,and the Acceptance-Resignation index of idiopathetic group and etiological group were higher than those of control group （P ＜ 0.05）.Avoidance index had no significant difference among the three groups.Conclusion The patients with RPU represent nervousness,psychoticism and acceptance-resignation.Thereinto,the idiopathetic group represent introvert,but not in etiological group.
