摘　　要：自发性脾破裂是指无明确外伤史而发生的脾脏突发性或隐匿性破裂,临床较少见。此病例为自发性脾动脉瘤破裂出血,确诊后给予脾动脉部分栓塞治疗,恢复良好。临床医生应关注此类疾病的发生,早诊断、早治疗,尽量抢救患者的生命。Spontaneous splenic rupture is no clear history of trauma and the occurrence of spleen sudden or occultfracture,which is rare in clinic.For one patient with spontaneous splenic artery aneurysm rupture,partial splenic artery embolization therapy was given after diagnosis,had a good recovery.Clinicians should pay attention to this kind of disease,early diagnosis and early treatment are needed to save the lives of patients.
