摘 要:目的观察超声波辐照水中豚鼠后皮肤及内脏的病理改变。方法15只成年豚鼠,雌雄不拘,鼠龄10周,体质量300~350g。随机分为低频组(超声频率28kHz)、高频组(超声频率38kHz)和空白组,每组5只。将背部脱毛后的豚鼠身体浸于水中,超声波经水作用于豚鼠脱过毛处(辐照距离均为lcm)。辐照后,观察豚鼠皮肤组织的改变,解剖并取样辐照后皮肤、心脏和肝脏组织,作病理切片,苏木精-伊红(HE)染色.光学显微镜下观察组织切片。结果高频组超声波辐照30min后,动物皮肤仅见微小水泡:心脏、肝脏组织超微结构无变化。低频组超声波辐照5min后,动物皮肤出现直径1mm水泡数个,30min时,出现水泡数量增多,最大直径10mm;超微结构可见周围毛细血管扩张、充血,心脏、肝脏未见损伤。结论超声波辐照可引起水中动物皮肤损伤,不同频率、不同声强和不同辐照时间而损伤不同;相对低频、高能和长时间辐照引起损伤程度大。较高频率(40kHz左右)的超声波,在2W/cm声强下,辐照15min内.对水中动物没有明显损伤。Objective To observe the directional damage changs of Guinea pig skin and organs by ultrasonic radiation. Methods Fifteen Guinea pigs were enrolled, aged 10 weeks and body mass 300 - 350 g. They were randomly divided into 3 groups(5 each group): low frequency group (ultrasonic frequency of 28 kHz), high frequency group (uhrasonic frequency of 38 kHz) and blank control group. The depilatory Guinea pigs were placed in the water, and target area was dorsal hairless skin. The ultrasonic wave was vertically radiated to the target area at a distance of 1 cm. Its skin was observed after radiation. After the test, the heart, liver and skin in target areas were made pathological sections. The hematoxylin-eosin(HE) staining was adopted. The pathological section were observed by transmission electron microscope. Results After radiation of 30-minute by high frequency group, tiny bubbles were observed in animal skins. After radiation of 5-minute in low frequency group, numbers blisters of animal skin were showed with diameter of 1 mm, and at 30-minute, the numbers of blisters were increased with maximum diameter of 10 mm; Microtructure showed peripheral telangiectasia, hemorrhage, but heart and liver were no injury. Conclusion It is demonstrated ultrasonic radiation could damage the skin, heart and liver in water and injury severity increased as the frequency reduced, sound intensity increased and time extended. The higher frequency(about 40 kHz, sound intensity 〈 2 W/cm2, time 〈 15 minutes) could not damage the subaqueous animal.
