摘　　要：患者，男，48岁，因声嘶2个月于2013年10月入院。1年前曾在我院行腰椎后路肿瘤摘除术，术后病理检查示腰椎管内神经鞘瘤。患者自发病以来无咳嗽。无咳痰,无痰中带血及呼吸困难，无咽痛、咽痒，曾在外院就诊，喉部CT示：右侧喉部肿块影．考虑良性病变可能。To study neurilemmoma in the larynx,raise the level of diagnosis and treatment for this disease.We reported a case of rare giant laryngeal neurilemmoma and reviewed the literatures.Laryngeal neurilemmoma is a rare benign neurogenic tumor.It originated from the inner branch of superior laryngeal nerve or the branch of superior laryngeal nerve.The patient mainly manifested slowly developing hoarseness.Video laryngoscope,CT and MRI are helpful in limiting diagnostic hypothesis,and the diagnosis of the disease relies on pathological examination.Laryngofissure is an effective approach for excision the mass.It can show the capsule clearly and prevent the nerve from injury.
