随机对照研究IP/NP方案治疗Ⅲ～Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌

摘　　要：目的　随机对照观察研究IP/NP方案治疗Ⅲ～Ⅳ期NSCLC的疗效。方法　自 2 0 0 0年 8月～ 2 0 0 1年 10月 ,治疗 47例Ⅲ～Ⅳ期NSCLC ,采用分层随机分组法 ,分别以IFO ,DDP组成IP方案和以NVB ,DDP组成NP方案治疗。结果　总有效率 :IP组 3 4.8% (8/2 3 ) ,NP组 3 7.5 % (9/2 4) ,NP方案近期疗效略高于IP方案 ,但二组相比较无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　IP/NP方案治疗Ⅲ～Ⅳ期NSCLC疗效较为满意 ,血液学毒性能控制 ,非血液学毒性不严重 。Objectives: To observe effect of IP/NP regimen in stage Ⅲ～Ⅳ non small cell lung cancer. Methods:47 cases of stage Ⅲ～Ⅳ non small cell lung cancer were divided into 2 groups, IP group and NP group, in randomization. Results: IP group:34.8%(8/23) of response rate were achieved with 8 PR but no CR in all 23 cases. NP group:37.5%(9/24) of response rate were achieved with 1 CR and 8 PR in all 24 cases (P>0.05). Main toxicity were neutropenia with occurrence rate of 82.6%(19/23) in IP group and 87.5%(21/24) in NP group (P>0.05). Conclusions:IP/NP regimen in stage Ⅲ～Ⅳ non small cell lung cancer achieved a satisfied results and worths further clinical study.
