生物共振治疗仪治疗特应性皮炎60例疗效观察及其对免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的应用德国摩拉生物共振治疗仪对特应性皮炎患者进行变应原检测及脱敏治疗,并观察其临床疗效和对患者血清总Ig E和嗜酸性细胞的影响。方法将入选的120例特应性皮炎患者随机分为两组,各60例,全部患者予口服盐酸西替利嗪糖浆和外用保湿修护剂治疗,另外,治疗组还予摩拉生物共振治疗仪进行变应原检测及脱敏治疗,疗程均为12周。比较两组患者临床疗效和治疗前、后嗜酸性粒细胞数和血清总Ig E水平。结果治疗结束后,治疗组有效率(63.33%)显著高于对照组(33.33%),治疗组嗜酸性细胞数和血清总Ig E水平平均下降率(48.45%和54.45%)显著低于对照组(7.14%和36.08%)。以上差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论摩拉生物共振治疗仪可有效的对特应性皮炎患者进行脱敏治疗和降低患者血清Ig E水平及EOS数,并降低患者的免疫炎症反应,也无明显不良反应。Objective To observe the effecacy of MORA allergy therapy for atopic dermatitis（AD）,and detect the changes of serum Ig E and blood eosinophils. Methods One hundred and twenty patients of AD were randomly subjected into treatment group（ N = 60） and control group（ N = 60）. Patients were treated with cetirizine syrup and moisturizing agent for 12 weeks,simultaneously plus MORA Therapy for treatment group. The eosinophilcounts and the Ig E level were detected at the end of 12 weeks. Results There was significant difference of the effective rate between the treatment group（63. 33%） and the control group（33. 33%）（ P 〈 0. 05）. The count of eosinophilswas reduced by 48. 45 %,and the level of Ig E was reduced by 54. 45 % after 12 weeks in the treatment group,versus 7. 14% and 36. 08% in the control group,showing significant differences（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion MORA allergy therapy in treating AD is effective and safe. In addition,the method receded the level of Ig E,eosinophilscounts and decreased the immune inflammatory response of AD.
