摘　　要：目的探讨头孢曲松钠相关性胆囊假性结石的CT表现。方法对16例超声筛查的疑似头孢曲松钠相关性胆囊假性结石患者进行胆囊CT检查,分析胆囊假性结石的形态、密度及其密度均匀性,其中密度均匀性以结石中间区域ROI的CT值标准差(SD)表示并与肝实质CT值SD进行对比。结果 16例头孢曲松钠相关性胆囊假性结石中,泥沙状结石7例、结节状结石9例;假结石平均CT值(107.88±42.89)HU,其中泥沙状为(135.43±45.38)HU,结节状结石为(86.44±24.86)HU;假性结石平均SD为(8.29±2.06)HU,与肝实质平均SD(8.51±1.49)相近,其中泥沙状SD为(7.40±0.99)HU,结节状SD为(8.99±2.38)HU。结论头孢曲松钠相关性胆囊假性结石在CT上表现为结节状或泥沙状偏高密度影,其密度均匀,尤以泥沙状假性结石为甚,具有一定特征。Objective To investigate the CT imaging features of ceftriaxone-associated gallbladder pseudolithiasis.Methods Totally 16 patients with suspected gallbladder pseudolithiasis induced by intravenous adminastration of ceftriaxone selected by ultrasound were enrolled and underwent gallbladder CT examination to analyze the CT imaging features,including morphology,density and uniformity of pseudolithiasis.Uniformity was evaluated by comparing the standard deviation（SD）of CT value in ROI with that in liver parenchyma.Results Among 16 gallbladder pseudolithiasis cases,there were 7sludgelike and 9nodular.The average CT value of pseudolithiasis was（107.88±42.89）HU,among which the average CT value of sludgelike and nodular pseudolithiasis were（135.43±45.38）HU and（86.44±24.86）HU,respectively.The average SD of CT value in ROI was（8.29±2.06）HU,homogeneity was close to the liver parenchyma SD（8.51±1.49）HU.The average SD of sludgelike and nodular pseudolithiasis were（7.40±0.99）and（8.99±2.38）HU,respectively.Conclusion CT characteristics of ceftriaxone-associated gallbladder pseudolithiasis showed sludge-like or nodular high density lesions,with uniform density,especially in the sludge-like lesions,which have certain specificity.
