摘 要:针对当前电锅炉控制系统中温度和液位的单一控制所造成的温度控制精度低、使用不方便等问题,提出对其温度和液位同时进行控制的方法,改善控制效果,提高温度控制的精度。针对常规PID控制在温度控制系统中出现的超调量大、稳定时间长等缺点,采用模糊理论和PID控制相结合的模糊PID控制算法实现温度控制,设计了模糊PID控制器,通过MATLAB仿真表明其满足温度控制要求。针对常见温度控制器在实现智能算法时的运行速度慢、运行不稳定等问题,提出一种基于FPGA芯片的解决方案,通过EDA软件仿真和测试,验证了其可行性。In view of the low temperature control accuracy, inconvenient usage and other issues in the current control system of electric boiler caused by the single control of temperature and liquid level, a method was proposed to solve the problems, which was improving the control effect and raising the temperature control accuracy at the same time. In view of the great overshoot, long stable time and other shortcomings in the temperature control system by conventional PID control, the fuzzy PID control algorithm adopting the combination of fuzzy theory and PID control was adopted to achieve temperature control. A fuzzy PID controller was designed and it could satisfy the requirement of temperature control through the MATLAB simulation. For the slow running, unstable operation and other issues of the common temperature controller in the realization of intelligent algorithm, a solution based on FPGA chip was proposed and its feasibility was verified by the EDA software simulation and test.
