摘　　要：针对首钢京唐公司车轮用钢在成形和使用过程中出现开裂的问题，进行了金相组织观察、电子探针元素偏析能谱分析和显微硬度试验。结果表明，焊接工艺不合理、使用环境中应力腐蚀和材料心部磷偏析等因素导致了车轮用钢开裂。Aiming at fracture failure of Shouang Jingtang Company wheel steel in the forming and using procedure, the metallographic microstructure observation, EMPA elemental analysis and micro hardness test are performed on the fracture. The result shows that the improper welding procedure, stress corrosion in the using environment and phosphorous segregation in the material center cause wheel steel crack.
