摘　　要：目的 探讨电子支气管镜引导下局部无水乙醇注射治疗气道恶性肿瘤的效果.方法 对5例确诊为累及中央气道的晚期肿瘤患者,经电子支气管镜引导进行多点注射无水乙醇.结果 通过治疗5～7天后观察,呼吸困难评分、动脉血气分析、气道狭窄等均有不同程度改善,无严重并发症发生.结论 电子支气管镜下无水乙醇注射治疗气道肿瘤,操作简便,疗效显著,值得临床推广.Objective To explore the treatment results of malignant airway tumor by regional injection of dehydrated ethanol by bronchoscope. Methods Malignant central airway tumor tissues in 5 patients were injected with dehydrated ethanol at multiple points by bronchoscope. Results 5-7 days after the treatment, they were observed that the dyspnea score ,arterial blood gas analysis and airway stenosis had improved at different levels, and no severe complication occurred either. Conclusion The method to treating airway tumor by injecting dehydrated ethanol under the broncho- scope, is easily operational with significant positive effect, which is worth promoting.
