摘　　要：卫生信息化既是医疗卫生改革与发展的重要内容和关键途径,又是实现医疗卫生服务精致管理、远程供给和综合开发的基础技术支撑,成为推进深层次医疗卫生改革与发展的关键基础平台。推进卫生信息化进程,需以系统思维、广阔视野把握复杂背景和多元要素,这里讨论卫生信息化的10个基本关系,以期为实践工作提供参考。Health informatization, which is not only an important part and key path of health reform, but also an foundational technology support for delicacy management, integrated development and tele-health, has becomes a crucial platform for deepening health reform and development. The construction of health informatization has to apply systematic thinking and take a macro view to deal with complicated background and multiple factors. This paper discusses ten basic relationships of health informatization so as to provide suggestions for practices.
