摘　　要：近年来,我国各地兴起了各种特色的预约就诊平台,但是仍然不能有效解决患者看专家、看知名综合性医院专家难的问题。本文将就创新统一就诊预约的实践,探讨如何实现网络、电话、现场等统一号源的全预约模式。In recent years, reservation platform with different features have been developed in China, yet the existing problem hasn’t been solved. It is still difficult for patients to receive medical treatment from experts in famous general hospitals. This article will discuss the practice on the innovation and unification of the clinic appointment platform through different ways such as internet, telephone and on site reservation.
