基于考试大数据的我国个人信用信息基础数据云平台建设研究

摘　　要：当前,围绕我国海量考试基础数据,采用作弊甄别技术对这些考试大数据进行分析,可以建立一个初步的基于考试行业的我国个人信用信息基础数据云平台。云平台具有分析、存储、查询等功能,除了包括类似银行征信系统的个人基本信息外,还包括考生参加考试的类别、缺考情况、违纪情况等具体指标,在这些基础指标上得出考生的缺考率、违纪率、信用等级等指标;同时,还可以得到地区、年龄段、行业、性别、民族、毕业学校、学历等不同属性下的诚信指标,通过对作弊人群属性的比较,可以清晰地了解我国诚信教育的发展状况。以此为基础,在考试行业逐步建立一个面向全社会开放的能够甄别作弊考生的个人信用信息基础数据云平台,实现个人、地区、行业等诚信指标的实时动态监控。Using cheating detection methods to analyze the mass data in examinations,we＇re trying to construct a preliminary cloud platform with massive basic data of individual credit information in the examination industry. The cloud platform has the functions of analyzing,storing and checking,besides the personal information section like that in the bank credit reporting system,it also includes the data of examination type,disciplinary type,cheated items rate,absent and disciplinary conditions,whether the cheaters are from the same examination rooms,whether it ＇s group cheating,etc. Based on these data,we can get the absent rate,disciplinary rate and credit ratings,etc.Meanwhile,we can also get the data of the examinees＇ region,age group,industry,sexuality,nationality,school of graduation and education background. And by comparing the data of the cheating group,it helps us to better understand the development of our country＇s honesty education. Within this platform,we can finally build an open cloud platform of the cheating group＇s personal credit information in the examination industry,and make a real- time dynamic monitoring on the credit information of individuals,different regions and industries.
