摘　　要：本文从建立制度、加强宣传和知识产权保护等管理以及激励约束机制建设、学科建设和人才队伍建设等入手 ,探讨了推动成果转化工作的关键环节 。Based on practice, the authors discus two sides which can promote the achievements transfer.One is about management issues such as establishing rules, enhangcing publicity and protecting proper right of knowledge; the other is about construction of elite, acedemic subjects, and teh mechanism of encouragement and restriction. Then, the authors put forward some new problems we're facing in the current situation.
