摘　　要：目的探讨Calcofluor White(CFW)荧光染色法对病理活检组织中真菌的检测价值。方法采用荧光增白剂CFW作为染色液,对确诊为真菌感染的21例病理活检组织中的真菌进行检测,并以经典的六胺银及PAS染色法为对照。结果荧光镜下,真菌被染成亮蓝色,与六胺银及PAS染色符合率达100%。结论 CFW荧光染色法可有效检测出组织中的真菌,值得在真菌病理活检的诊断中推广使用。Objective To evaluate the application of Calcofluor White（CFW） method in detecting the fungi in tissues.Methods A total of 21 biopsy specimens which were diagnosed as fungal infection were stained with CFW and examined under a fluorescent microscope,while the periodic acid-Schiff（PAS） and periodic acid-silver metheramine（PASM） methods were used as assessment control.Results Under the fluorescence microscopy,fungi stained with CFW displayed a bright blue fluorescence and the accordance rates of both CFW-PAS and CFW-PASM were 100%.Conclusion The results demonstrate that the CFW method is a highly effective technique for the detection of fungi and thus is worthy of application for diagnosis in fungal biopsy.
