基于时序关系的企业知识超网建模与分析

摘　　要：对企业工作流实施过程中知识之间及知识资源之间的时序关系分别进行分析,构建了知识协作网络以及知识资源协作网络。并基于2个网络中知识节点与知识资源节点之间的映射关系,构建了企业知识超网。综合知识与知识资源2个层面,提出了联立节点度与知识波士顿矩阵、以及知识影响因子参数来分析企业知识超网特性,为企业知识管理提供了直观、量化的评价方法。Time-sequence relationship among knowledge and knowledge resources was analyzed respectively during the enterprise workflow implementation process. Knowledge cooperation network and knowledge resources coopera- tion network were built based on that. Enterprise knowledge supernetwork was established according to the mapping relationship between knowledge nodes and knowledge resources nodes of the two networks. With the comprehensive consideration of knowledge and knowledge resources, simultaneous node degree, knowledge Boston matrix and knowledge impact factor parameter were proposed to analyze the characteristic of enterprise knowledge supernetwork, which provided an intuitive and quantitative method for the enterprise knowledge management.
