摘　　要：目的 分析玻璃体视网膜手术治疗视网膜脱离术后盲与低视力的原因.方法 回顾性分析孔源性视网膜脱离行玻璃体视网膜手术90例（90眼）的临床资料,对术后1周及1个月最佳矫正视力低于0.3者进行盲与低视力原因分析.结果 术后1周和1个月低视力为：55.5％和47.8％;盲为：23.4％和16.7％.导致盲与低视力的主要原因为术前已有的眼病及术后早期的并发症.结论 玻璃体视网膜手术是治疗视网膜脱离的有效方法,原有眼病的严重程度是影响术后视力恢复的重要因素,早期治疗视网膜脱离并积极处理并发症是术后取得较好视力的关键.Objective To analyse the causes of blindness and low vision after vitrectomy for retinal detachment. Methods A retrospective analysis about 90 eyes of 90 cases was carried out. The causes of blindness and low vision were analyzed if best corrected visual acuity was less than 0.3 in 1 week and 1 month after operation. Results The results suggested that the incidences of low vision were 55.5% and 47.8% in 1 week and 1 month after operation. While the incidences of blindness were 23.4% and 16.7%. The leading causes of blindness and low vision were preoperative retinal dysfunction and the presence of postoperative complications. Conclusion Vitrectomy operation is an effective method for retinal detachment. It is the original disease that affects visual acuity recovery. Early treatment for retinal detachment and dealing with postoperative complications are keys to obtain better vision.
