摘  要:目的:探讨微信支持下的混合式学习在精神科护士培训中应用效果。方法:构建了微信支持下的混合式学习模式,该模式运用在精神科护士培训课程中。结果:护士课后理论测试成绩均在90分以上。调查结果:对微信支持下的混合式学习模式满意度达92%,对微信操作满意度达86%,对学习内容满意度为85%。结论:微信支持下的混合式学习能够有效地促进护士学习。Objective:Discover the effect of blending learning based on Wechat used in the training of psychiatric nurse.Methods:A learning pattern based on blending learning was built and used in the training course of psychiatric nurse in Wechat.Resuhs:Afler the blending learning, all of the trained nurse got 90% score. According to the survey, 92% of the trained nurses are satisfied with the learning pattern, 86% of them are satisfied with the movement, and 85% of them are satisfied with the learning material.Conclusion:Blending learning supported by the Wechat can effectively improve the nurse training.
