微信支持下的混合式学习在精神科护士培训中应用效果的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨微信支持下的混合式学习在精神科护士培训中应用效果。方法:构建了微信支持下的混合式学习模式,该模式运用在精神科护士培训课程中。结果:护士课后理论测试成绩均在90分以上。调查结果:对微信支持下的混合式学习模式满意度达92%,对微信操作满意度达86%,对学习内容满意度为85%。结论:微信支持下的混合式学习能够有效地促进护士学习。Objective：Discover the effect of blending learning based on Wechat used in the training of psychiatric nurse.Methods：A learning pattern based on blending learning was built and used in the training course of psychiatric nurse in Wechat.Resuhs：Afler the blending learning, all of the trained nurse got 90% score. According to the survey, 92% of the trained nurses are satisfied with the learning pattern, 86% of them are satisfied with the movement, and 85% of them are satisfied with the learning material.Conclusion：Blending learning supported by the Wechat can effectively improve the nurse training.
