摘　　要：随着经济时代的到来,原始物质基础和新型知识财富基础的冲击,造成了社会对组织价值意识的转变。人们越来越热衷于存储知识财富,同时也注意到了个体知识组织化在扩充组织知识库、提升组织价值中所起到的重要作用。个体知识组织化的过程,及其对知识库的影响成为社会讨论的焦点,文中构建了一个个体知识组织化模型并结合统计数据对上述问题进行分析。As the economy era coming, the impact between knowledge wealth base changes the consciousness of social about store knowledge wealth, and also realize that organized personal expanding the knowledge base of the organization and primitive material base and new type organization value. People are drawn to -knowledge makes an important role on promoting the value of the organization. The process of organized personal-knowledge and its effect to the knowledge base become the focus of the society discussion. The paper builds a model of organized personal-knowledge and analyzes the above problems based on statistics data.
