摘 要:试验旨在通过体外消化试验来研究β-甘露聚糖酶对豆粕、棉粕及菜粕的酶解效果。采用单因子试验设计,设Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ和Ⅴ5个组,每组设4个重复,其中Ⅰ组为对照组,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ和Ⅴ组为试验组,各组β-甘露聚糖酶添加水平分别为0、0.4%、0.8%、1.6%和2.4%。结果表明:1豆粕中Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组可溶性甘露糖含量比对照组分别增加了3.0%、3.9%、4.6%,差异显著(P<0.05),Ⅱ组与对照组相比较差异不显著(P>0.05);Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组可溶性葡萄糖含量较对照组分别增加了4.3%、4.9%、6.1%,差异显著(P<0.05),Ⅱ组与对照组相比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。2棉粕中Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组可溶性甘露糖含量比对照组分别增加了7.4%、8.6%、8.9%,差异显著(P<0.05),Ⅱ组与对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05);Ⅳ、Ⅴ组可溶性葡萄糖含量比对照组分别增加了9.1%、10.5%,差异显著(P<0.05),Ⅴ组可溶性葡萄糖含量比Ⅱ组增加了6.3%,差异显著(P<0.05),Ⅱ、Ⅲ组与对照组相比差异均不显著(P>0.05)。3菜粕中Ⅳ、Ⅴ组可溶性甘露糖含量比对照组分别增加了6.6%、9.5%,差异显著(P<0.05),Ⅲ、Ⅱ组与对照组相比较差异均不显著(P>0.05);Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组可溶性葡萄糖含量比对照组分别增加了12.2%、14.6%、16.7%,差异显著(P<0.05),Ⅱ组与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验结果表明,豆粕、棉粕及菜粕中β-甘露聚糖酶的适宜添加水平分别为0.8%、0.8%和1.6%。The trial was conducted to study theeffect of enzymatic hydrolysis in vitro for β- mannanase in soybean meal, cottonseed meal and rapeseed meal. Using single factor design method the experiment was divided into 5 groups (Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ and Ⅴ ) with 4 replicates that were supplemented with 0, 0.4%,0.8%, 1.6%, and 2.4% β-mannanase respectively, and the control group was defined to Ⅰ. The results showed that: ① Comparing with the control group the quantities of the soluble mannose of Ⅲ, Ⅳ and Ⅴ were increased significantly by 3.0%, 3.9%, and 4.6% in soybean meal respectively (P〈0.05), but there was no significant effect between Ⅱ and the control group (P〉0.05). The quantities of the sol- uble glucose of ⅢⅣ and Ⅴ were improved significantly by 4.3%, 4.9%, and 6.1% respectively compared to the control group in soybean meal (P〈0.05), but there was no significant difference between Ⅱ and the control group (P〉0.05). ② Comparing with the control group, the quantities of the soluble mannose of Ⅲ, Ⅳ and Ⅴ were increased significantly by 7.4%, 8.6%, and 8.9% in cottonseed meal respectively (P〈0.05), but there was no significant effect between Ⅱ and the control group (P〉0.05). The quantities of the soluble glucose of Ⅳ and Ⅴ were improved significantly by 9.1% and 10.5% compared to the control group in cottonseed meal respectively (P〈0.05), but there was no significant difference among Ⅲ, Ⅱand the control group (P〉0.05). ③ Comparing with the control group, the quantities of the soluble mannose of Ⅳ and Ⅴ were increased significantly by 6.6% and 9.5% in rapeseed meal respectively (P〈0.05), but there was no significant effect among Ⅲ, Ⅱ and the control group (P〉0.05).
