摘 要:为探究盐度对拟目乌贼(Sepia lycidas)幼体生长和体生化成分的影响,采用突变和渐变两种实验方法研究了不同盐度(18、21、24、27、30、33)对其存活率、特定生长率、增重率、饵料系数与体生化成分的影响。结果表明:不同盐度对其存活率、特定生长率、增重率、饵料系数、体水分含量和粗蛋白质含量有显著的影响(P〈0.05),其粗脂肪和灰分影响不显著(P〉0.05)。存活率、特定生长率、增重率和粗蛋白质含量随着盐度升高先增后减,饵料系数先减后增,水分含量随着盐度升高而增加的趋势。其生长适宜的盐度是21~33,最适盐度为27~30。To investigate the effect of salinity on growth and biochemical composition of Sepia lycidas, the effects of salinity ( 18, 21,24, 27, 30 and 33) on survival, specific rate growth rate,weight gain rate, feed coefficient and body biochemical composition were examined by using two experimental approaches, gradually changed and abruptly changed. The results showed that survival, specific growth rate, weight gain rate, moisture and crude protein were significantly affected by salinity ( P 〈 0.05 ). But crude protein and ash were not significantly affected by salinity ( P 〉 0.05 ). The survival rate, specific growth rate,weight gain rate and crude protein increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of the salinity. The feed coefficient decreased firstly and then increased with the increase of the sa- linity, and The moisture increased with the increase of the salinity. The suitable salinity for growth from 21 to 33 and the optimum salinity was from 27 to 30.
