摘　　要：扎实的实践动手能力和良好的团队合作精神是卓越医师的必备条件。以培养卓越医师为目标,在临床医学专业开展机能实验竞赛有利于提高学生的动手实践能力和团队合作精神。文章从大赛的设计、内容和标准的制定、赛前实训、赛后调查等内容进行介绍和分析,总结经验和不足,旨在进一步增强基础实验课程在培养卓越医师中的作用。Strong practical ability and good team spirit are prerequisites for an excellent physician. Developing experimental skills competition of functional science is helpful for improving undergraduates＇ practical ability and team spirit of cooperation in Clinical Medicine. This can not only lay a solid foundation for excellent physician growth, but also promote the cultivation of young teachers. The present article introduces the competition from such aspects as the design, content and standards of the contest, training before the contest, survey after the contest. The experience and the insufficiency of the contest are also analyzed to further enhance the role of the basic experimental course in training outstanding physicians.
