摘　　要：从现代图书馆具有开放性、自组织性和系统性特点入手,分析生态文化视域下的学习组织新样式,从学习型图书馆与馆员学习共同体的内在关系阐述图书馆全员学习的现实意义。From the perspective of the openness of modern libraries, by starting with the self-organization and systemic characteristics, an analysis is made of the new style of learning organization in the perspective of eco-culture and the realistic significance of library staff learning is revealed through the internal relationship between the learning type of libraries and the librarians＇ learning community.
